Health Care Service Corporation seeks Senior Technology Delivery Consultant at its facility located at 300 E. Randolph St., Chicago, IL 60601. Assist PDL with end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs. Ensure program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value. Provide technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues. Drive execution of project delivery through effective facilitation of requirement analysis, architecture development, business process solutions, and logical design. Deliver optimization of programs and projects by ensuring coordination with various downstream teams such as other Technologies and the Center. Drive collection of key performance indicators for all projects and enhancements, facilitate delivery status transparency to business stakeholders. Review, guide, troubleshoot and resolve contentious issues escalated during implementation. Track, manage, and report on Technology status against action items, milestones, critical path / dependencies, issues, risks, value delivery, and mitigation strategies for transform, grow, and sustain workloads. Coordinate and communicate between business/EPMO and IT groups throughout delivery. Act with integrity and maintain a respectful, professional manner in all interactions with co-workers, management, customers and other business contacts. Comply with HIPAA, the Code of Business Ethics & Conduct, our Diversity & Inclusion Principles, and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. Maintain complete confidentiality in all matters of company business. Maintain communication with management regarding developments within areas of assigned responsibilities, and perform special projects as required or requested. REQS: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Analytics or a related field plus 5 Years of experience as an Information Technology Specialist or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Application configuration; (2) Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies; (3) Service Oriented Architecture - SOAP / REST; (4) Rapid prototyping; (5) SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development; (6) DevOps / continuous deployment / integration process; and (7) Project / Technology management tools - MS Project / CBA / PPM / PMP.
