Job Duties:
Research market conditions to determine potential sources of new clients. Research and gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and methods of marketing. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand for granite, quartz and stone countertops as well as installation services. Gather information to assist the company in determining its position in the marketplace. Utilize research results to prepare sales reports, lead reports, and marketing presentations. Create and conduct cold email/call and email drip campaigns. Implement CRM and/or lead tracking software to increase sales. Create, develop, and maintain internal and external content. Monitor and track results during the full sales cycle and use data to modify sales strategy and increase sales. Take charge of the development and implementation of all marketing plans and strategies. Assist with lead generation from all sources by identifying and researching potential client sources and maintaining accurate lead data. Contribute to online content strategies through regular research of keywords and industry trends. Assist in the creation, planning, and scheduling of routine social media posts. Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner. Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information. Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with established policies, particularly with customer retention. Maintain trusting relationships with customers.

Minimum Prerequisites: Bachelors degree in business with a concentration in marketing or related field or foreign equivalent plus one year experience in marketing.
