Review and analyze all financial information, ranging from accounts payable/receivable, to taxation, and payroll. Prepare balance sheets, monthly and quarterly financial reports, and tax declarations; Determine and maintain a record of assets, profits, and liabilities and other financial activities. Engage in the comprehensive quantitative analyses of financial information, preparation of financial projections, and market analysis. Analyze and interpret company’s financial information and relate it to management to ensure sound business decisions. Consult with management on investment strategy options that will mitigate tax obligation to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with financial and securities regulations, as well as verification of records.
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics.
