Position Title: Software Development Engineer III

Job Description: Work with Principal engineers and architects to design and execute new solutions. Responsible for mentoring more junior engineers and helping to guide their technical development. Lead in the design and implementation of significant portions of the product and serve as a senior member of a high-performing software development team. Work with Conversational AI, voice based telephony, and new product development. Work with Product Management and leadership to bring your engineering experience to the table and ideate new features and functionality. Help to create reliable, scalable, high performance and uptime (99.999%) software solutions deployed in a public cloud environment using the latest software, automations and testing tools available. Position is fixed location based in NY, NY office with ability to telecommute 100% of the time. Travel <10% of the time for business meetings in the U.S.
40 hours/week, 9:00am-5:00pm
Five (5) years of experience as a Software Development Engineer or related occupation building production software systems. Experience must include:

Five (5) years of experience with the following (may be gained concurrently):
• Object-Oriented Programming and usage of correct Data Structures
• Building highly scalable and distributed system design
• Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies such as GCP, Azure, or AWS
• Working with Cloud tools and technologies such as Jenkins (or equivalent), GitLab (or equivalent), Logging, Monitoring
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering or a directly related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable).
$195,000.00/year - $205,000.00/year
