Job description In consultation with the manager, the HR professional coordinates the key HR processes, including HR and competence development, staff evaluation, and human resources management (HRM), etc., The Human Resources Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include Recruitment, staffing, Time Management, compensation management, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling. Deep understanding and experience (0-5 years) with knowledge transfer and best practices of HR operations workflows to development teams for conceptualization, process and automation solution design and development. Work in close collaboration with Store Operations and HO HR teams to accurately gather and interpret requirements, specifications, Policy Implementations etc. HR Administration and Leave Management Process. Responsible for HR data analysis such as staff turnover rate, attendance rate so as to manage the team in an effective way.
