Job Duties:


  • Recruit candidates via professional networking sites, networking events, job posting sites, our robust candidate database, and any other creative means of sourcing and recruiting

  • Work closely with teammates to match client needs with qualified candidates

  • Coach candidates through their job search and match them with jobs and companies that are the best fit for their skillset, career goals and personality

  • Work with team to successfully negotiate client-candidate offer and acceptance terms



Requirements:

Compensation:


Base salary is dependent upon experience plus industry-leading commission plan and benefits package. First year recruiters with no prior experience should anticipate making $55,000 - $80,000 with our compensation plan and network of clients and candidates. Compensation potential is $85,000 - $175,000+ for experienced staff. This is a position where total compensation is directly impacted by how hard and efficient an individual works.
