Market Research Research Manager


We are working with a dynamic and growing research technology firm to find a Research Manager.


Description:


This Research Manager will join our US team, sitting within the greater Research team. This team works closely with our clients to deliver high-impact strategic and creative guidance at key times in their marketing calendar. The Research Manager will help show brands how best to grow using our data. The Research Manager will also run research projects (from start to finish) and provide clear actionable guidance to clients. This is a highly collaborative role, working across diverse teams throughout the business, particularly Sales, Product, and Data Science.


Responsibilities:


Managing relationships with a portfolio of customers. This includes supporting them day-to-day and building long-term customer-centric retention plans.


Planning, organizing & executing research projects. This includes defining project objectives, creating timelines, quality control, and ensuring that research goals are met within specified deadlines.


Lead the analysis and development of research strategies for your customers, that are aligned with their overall goals using platform data & ad hoc research data.


Effectively communicate with customers and with other teams withing For customers, clear communication is essential for presenting research findings, providing updates, and addressing any concerns that may arise during a project. For internal teams, you will represent the voice of the customer for any product development projects.


Adept at identifying potential issues, troubleshooting problems, and adapting research plans as needed to overcome obstacles.


Requirements:


A minimum of 4 years of experience working with leading/global brands.


Be able to interpret performance data to provide strategic guidance to brands in how to grow, as well as executional guidance in how to fulfil these strategies.


Experience working with Quantitative & Qualitative data.


Experience in the SaaS space is a bonus, but not a requirement.
