Pavestone, LLC seeks a Mechanical Engineer (Block Division) in Johns Creek, GA.

Job Duties: Inspect and analyze mechanical drawings of molds to ensure tolerances and safety during manufacturing process.  Test and install electro-mechanical sensors.  Oversee manufacturing process, maintenance and equipment repair, and identify and examine bottlenecks or critical points during manufacturing.  Evaluate, operate, and maintain mechanical production equipment to meet production requirements, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical modification and information to machine operators and maintenance.  Investigate equipment failures and faulty operation and develop alternative operations and remedial actions to resolve system malfunctions.  Research, develop and implement new process methods to improve production.  Analyze customer design proposals and specifications, evaluate feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs and provide feedback and technical information to customers.  Develop and train employees on computer controls and hydraulic systems for the equipment, mechanical forces, troubleshoot, and develop SOPs for operations and productions.

Minimum Requirements:  Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Must have two (2) years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer for a Block Manufacturing Plant. Up to 10% domestic travel required.
