Salesforce Inc. seeks Product Owner Manager in Dallas, TX:

Job Duties: Build a multi-week/month roadmap to accelerate the integration of key processes and technologies for the Sales, Marketing, RevOps, TMP, and Partner areas. Engage customers and stakeholders, elevating conversations to the strategic level, understanding strategic goals and proposing execution plans while navigating complex situations involving cross-entity collaborations. Partner with Domain Product Managers and Analysts to determine business capabilities and product features needed to deliver business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic integration objectives, as well as provide recommendations based on industry and product experience. Partner with cross-functional teammates to drive workgroup alignment meetings to address tactical release issues, dependencies, team status, production issues, metrics review, and milestones (cross functional - Product Management, Scrum Masters, Engineering, Platform Engineering, TechOps, Release Engineering, Capacity, Functional Managers, Release Management, etc.). Collaborate and drive the delivery of epics, user stories, and roadmaps, with an agile and iterative methodology and a focus on change management and other success activities to ensure successful Go-Live. Use data analysis to determine strategies to advance product features and operational system and process implementations for Salesforce Core systems integration for customers in all segments (B2B, B2C, Reseller, etc.). Provide analysis on how to move segments across capabilities and technology paths to reach business outcomes. Participate in program reviews (deep dive into current state of project goals, risks, escalations) in whatever forum required. Anticipate and remove obstacles with a sense of urgency to avoid preventing project teams from delivering on project goals. Coordinate the end-to-end UAT cycle and develop organizational change management framework, communication, training, and post implementation support.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or any occupation in a related field, OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Business Administration, or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Business Administration).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Driving business process design; (2) Requirements gathering; (3) Writing use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria; (4) Managing project initiation, execution, and deployment; (5) Building product roadmaps; (6) Conducting risk assessment; (7) Documenting as-is and to-be business process flows; (8) Defect/change tracking; (9) End to End test execution; and (10) UAT. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.
