Salesforce Inc. seeks Lead Software Engineer IAM Identity Lifecycle Management & Governance in Dallas, TX:

Job Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Lead member of the core development team responsible for developing and deploying solutions within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. Lead by example in continuously improving both the quality and productivity of your deliverables, utilizing multiple technologies including Sailpoint and Mulesoft. Responsible for the design, development and support of Identity Management capabilities. Maintain a keen eye for identifying gaps in processes and utilize automation to replace manual tasks. Perform Agile principles and methodologies, and show accountability for driving improvements for technical aspects in Identity Governance Space. Provide technical support for SailPoint IIQ Platform and supporting infrastructure as needed. Partner closely with business analysts, quality assurance, and project management resources throughout the delivery of solutions. Proactively research and develop new technologies, services, and solutions. Mentor junior resources and explore new IAM technologies. Perform advanced debugging and troubleshoot issues including interacting with technology vendors. Partner with Governance teams for continual review, enhancement, and execution of compliance requirements. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to Salesforce offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field, OR Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or closely related quantitative discipline and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering).
