Akron, OH. * Responsible for agile IT product delivery, serving as the everyday point of contact for the cross-functional product team, including business, technical and design. Research user stories regarding interaction with IT products to clearly understand the intent and associated benefits; Define IT product requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and accept/reject stories upon their completion in each testing stage; Manage sprint backlog and groom/refine user stories; Define testing goals at the beginning of each stage; Partner with design to conduct IT design reviews and with technology to conduct testing demos; Setup and manage standardized product reports, working closely with analytics team. *Remote work from anywhere in the U.S.



3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Digital Product Manager. 3 years of experience with digital product management using Agile and conducting design walkthroughs, demos, and functionality feedback. 3 years of experience showing ownership and making informed and thoughtful product decisions while considering the broad range of circumstances that serve a large consumer base. 3 years of experience with Web & Mobile App development using SAFe Scaled Agile Framework and (scrum) methodologies OR SAFe Certified 4e Certification.



MS in Computer Science or Information Systems Technologies (in lieu of MS will accept BS in the same fields of study followed by 5 years of progressive, post-grad experience as Business Systems Analyst or Digital Product Manager). Foreign equivalent degrees accepted.
