Lioher Enterprise Corp. Is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in North Las Vegas, NV. Duties include: Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, commodities, real estate, or other subjects of sale. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Building strong relationships and signing partnership agreements with key customers, vendors, and other partners. Assisting customers with technical data and information regarding the product's technical features. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts. Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products. Visit clients and vendors. Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. Direct, coordinate, and review sales and service accounting and record-keeping, as well as receiving and shipping. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. Confer or consult with department heads to plan advertising services and to ensure information on equipment and customer specifications. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or related, or foreign equivalent, and 2 years of experience as a sales manager in the Furniture manufacturing and retail industry. Proven experience working with Kitchen furniture, vanities, cabinets, and panels. Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing.
