ACCOUNT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Searching, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
Monitor client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present reports on account performance.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Manage customer accounts and billing.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATION:

Requires a college graduate of any course.
Requires at least 2-3 years of experience working in customer support in the retail industry.
Good interpersonal skills, good written and communication.
Willing to travel.
