Pain Fellowship trained Physical Medicine Rehab Doctor seeks to add a full-time Nurse Practitioner. The candidate will support an Interventional Pain Physician. There is a state-of-the-art Physical Therapy Center, Pain Management Center, Regenerative Medicine (Stem Cell and PRP) and a modern medical complex. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (40 hours per week) with no weekends or call.

Responsibilities include:
Office/Clinic new patient evaluations and follow-up
There is no call
Regenerative Medicine
Some nerve conductivity studies
Injections (trigger point, cortisone and Botox)
Will run a clinic
Pre and post procedure H&Ps
Writing scripts and patient education
Evaluate X-ray, CT scan and MRI

Located in the beautiful Port St. Lucie are of Florida. The doctor will train! Base salary is open, plus a production bonus. Additionally, there is an excellent benefits package.
