Health Care System which includes a team of Fellowship trained Orthopedic Surgeons seek to add another full-time Physician Assistant. The candidate will work both in the OR and the clinic. There is a strong case load of sports related injuries of the shoulder, knees, elbow and some total joints cases. The PA will run their own orthopedic clinic and see new and follow-up patients. They will provide fracture care, evaluate acute and chronic orthopedic injuries, post-op follow-up, injections (cortisone, hyaluronic, etc.), some rounds, scripts, consultation and patient evaluation and education, reviewing lab results in both a clinic and hospital setting.

Successful candidates must be NCCPA-Certified and have some orthopedic experience. New graduates will be considered if they have an orthopedic rotation and would be a plus if they have ATC, exercise science or kinesiology background. Candidates need to be organized, hard working and able to work well with others in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Candidates should have a Florida license or have started the application process.
