Manage restaurant operations including customer service, food quality, marketing, business development, procurement, and human resources. Ensure provision of quality customer service by all staff. Ensure food products are prepared and served according to taste standards and are high quality. Schedule and receive food and beverages deliveries, check delivery contents for quality and quantity of products. Establish customer service protocols for restaurant and ensure staff compliance. Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality and services. Monitor budgets and payroll records, review financial transactions, and monitor compliance with health and fire regulations. Responsible for cost control to ensure profitability. Monitor customer behaviors and social media for marketing and business development purposes.
The experience and education requirements are:
Bachelors degree and one (1) year of experience
