As we are experiencing an increasingly high demand for our offering and services, we are now ready to onboard new reward consultants to join our great team.

Our typical clients are international companies with headquarters in Denmark and subsidiaries of large multinationals. You will work with CxOs, CHROs as well as dedicated Compensation & Benefits Leaders and their teams. To ensure optimal support to clients, we work closely with our colleagues around the world.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Candidates will be required to:
Perform account management for smaller/local clients and support senior relationship managers on large multinational clients
Co-responsibility for relationship management, sales and client deliveries to larger Danish HQ-ed multinationals
Support senior consultants in the reward space including workforce, rewards & benefits, job grading, career frameworks and mobility
Provide advise on local reward structures & concepts for our clients
Support and participate in the execution of client events
Support with analysis and presentations based on Mercer databases
Qualifications
Your personal qualifications include

Excellent interpersonal skills with a high personal drive, wanting to consistently deliver best-in-class consulting services
Genuinely interested in HR strategy and the Compensation & Benefit space
Fast learner - with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills effective, solution orientated and positive
Passion for data transforming key data findings into recommendations and advice
Commercial mind-set & international outlook
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams within Denmark and across borders
Detail oriented with a high personal ambition to always ensure high-quality deliveries
Fluent Danish and English.As our reputation and credibility is everything to us, your personal integrity is above anything else.


Your Professional experience
Commercial mind-set & international outlook;
A minimum of 2 years of experience from other consultancies and/or 2 years of experience from an HR function in a large company, preferably with touchpoints towards Compensation & Benefits
A relevant education on Master level, with focus on HR/Reward related issues, statistics, analytics, economics, or finance
Process development or project management experience
