Position: Asst Manager-Analytics

Location: Mumbai

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of large sets of data on day to day service levels for various teams and publish reports
• Create/maintain key metrics and dashboards on daily/monthly/quarterly basis and on adhoc basis that may arise.
• Should be able to create various dashboards.
• Visualize and share key data findings with stakeholders to enable better decision making.
• Use automation tools (i.e., scripts, queries, reporting) to streamline manual processes.
• Maintain data integrity for relevant business metrics and within the department.
• Prepare and structure performance conclusions on PPT and Excel as required.
• Work closely and collaboratively with different teams
• Timely and clear presentation of data to concerned stakeholders

Qualifications & skill set required:

• Must be a minimum Graduate
• 4-5 years of relevant work experience in Telecom/verticals of any industry dealing with large data.
• Should be well versed with Analytics tools such as Tableau
• Should be highly proficient in advanced excel (and preferably powerpoint)
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized.
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
