Job Title: Senior Manager - Marketing (Fertilisers)

Education / Other Minimum Requirements:

• Any degree in education
• Prior experience in the agro-chemical industry is a must
• Experience in sales to private sector fertiliser companies
• Proficiency in managing distribution networks and government tenders and contracts
• Preferred prior experience in the zinc sulphate industry

Job Profile:

1. Development of sales activities across the region, including regular travel as required.
2. Establish and develop a strong dealer network.
3. Collaborate with the CEO for negotiations and major decisions while overseeing a team of junior staff.
4. Generate and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) related to sales activities.
5. Regularly engage in sales follow-up to ensure targets are met.
6. Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and manage key customer accounts and dealer networks.

Other Remarks:

• Mandatory prior experience in working with or selling to fertilizer companies.
• Strong knowledge of the agro-chemical industry is essential.

CTC (Cost to Company): INR 700,000 to 1,000,000 per annum
