TITLE: Quality Inspector, Senior Level

ENVIRONMENT: Precision Machining (CNC, Lathes, Turning, Milling)

LOCATION: Hebron, Nebraska (See Information Below)

REPORTS TO: Quality Manager

COMPENSATION RANGE: Competitive Compensation Package based on experience level(link removed)>

DEGREE REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma, GED and some work experience. Formal degree would be a plus.

CITIZENSHIP: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder and able to work for any U.S. Employer

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

Five 5-7+ years of quality experience in a precision machine shop or related field.
Knows CNC programming and can troubleshoot and correct issues.
Knowledge of GD&T
Ability to operate inspection, measuring & test techniques.
Basic shop mathematics
Inspection Data Sheets (IDS) and ERP Router Sequences

ADVANTAGES TO HAVE: Keyence Optical Systems; NDT Level 1 or Level II experience, ISO 9001

QUALITY EXPERIENCE: Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kazan, or 5S or similar quality programs would be a solid plus.

The Quality Inspector position is a pivotal role within our organization, critically tasked with ensuring that our output adheres to the most stringent quality standards. Your meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of machining processes will serve as the backbone for verifying compliance with customer demands.

• Proficiency in SolidWorks, process enhancement, blueprint interpretation, and GD&T


• Familiarity with CMM programming, preferably using PC-DMS as the program language
