Construction Superintendent - Oklahoma City, OK

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of construction superintendent experience preferred


• Manage installation efficiently and timely, meeting quality expectations.


• Plan and coordinate construction teams for maximum efficiency.


• Implement quality assurance and control practices.


• Manage employees and trade partners on site, fostering a positive team culture.


• Experienced in managing large-scale jobs.


• Proficient in interpreting architectural drawings and thermal systems.


• Skilled in organizing field employees, leading meetings, and scheduling.


• Familiarity with program management software and Lean principles.


• BS in Construction, Architectural, or Engineering Field preferred.

Experience:

• Commercial construction experience preferred.


• Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers.

Licensure:

• Not required but beneficial.


• Experience with LEAN and Last Planner System preferred.
