Growing and thriving Dallas area law firm is looking for an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their office. This position will be a part of the Pre-Litigation Department.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate injury cases with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Manage personal injury docket
- Draft personal injury demands
- Coordinate client's medical treatment
- Legal research
- Consult with clients through the personal injury process
Qualifications
- Texas Bar License in good standing
- Desire to work in personal injury law
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent organization skills
