Our client is a looking to hire an experienced Account Manager to oversee locations in the Bronx and Manhattan.
The Account Manager will direct all operational, financial and customer service while being accountable for day-to-day operations, including: hiring, training, and disciplining staff. He/she will improve, and maintain relationships with clients and employees: develop & retain staff; coordinate needed support services and solve problems to effectively run the account. The successful candidate will meet or exceed financial & operational goals; oversee maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for assigned security personnel.
This role is Full-Time, and offers an attractive salary and Benefits.
Essential Responsibilities:
Supervise the day to day security operations of an assigned client site.
Manage a team of security officers, site and/or shift supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
Take a proactive role in communicating with the client and meeting his/her needs
Provide security and technical expertise and solutions.
Qualifications:
BS/BA in Business Management or related field or 10 plus years of verifiable leadership experience.
4 years or more of business management security experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to conform to complex procedures.
Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment.
Skilled in identifying and solving problems.
Only candidates with a Security background can be considered at this time.
