Telephone Help Desk Maintenance Support Technician Packaging Machinery _ (link removed)

Seeking technical expert withautomated Packaging Machinery who can answer calls from field techs and customer representatives to solve problems through walkthroughs, part identification, remote troubleshooting, etc. and schedule service teams, quote repair prices, order spare parts, and follow up with customers.

Shall:

*** Use part drawings, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to identify faulty parts or broken components.

*** Coordinate with third party venders to order spare parts.

*** Meet with upper management to schedule field service calls.

Required:

*** 3+ years experience with Packaging Machiner and associated Programmable Controllers, Sensors, Actuators, Human Machine Interfaces, Servos and Motors on Machinery and expertise with diagnosing problems utilizing part numbers, CAD models, and drawings.

*** Ability to remotely diagnose PLCs, Controls, Machine Data Networks, Sensors, Machine Interfaces, etc.
