Perform High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Size Exclusion Chromatography, Ion Exchange Chromatography, Reversed Phase Chromatography, ELISA, Capillary Electrophoresis (icIEF, CE-SDS), Mass Spectrometry (intact mass and peptide mapping) and Liquid Chromatography - Mass spectrometry based methods for structural and physicochemical characterization of peptide and protein conjugates.

Activities:

*** Develop and perform analytical characterization test methods suitable to support in-process, drug substance, and drug product testing.

*** Provide analytical support for protein synthesis and conjugation process development activities.

*** Assist with development and qualification of analytical methods for product quality and stability assessments.

Experience Sought:

*** Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences or similar field.

*** Protein Synthesis, Analytical Method Development, Characterization, or similar experience.
