Seeking individual with background as a claims professional investigating and resolving complex General Liability claims to investigate and resolve high exposure claims issues.

Shall:

*** Evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims; verify coverage and assess damages.

*** Set, reserve, and authorize payments within given authority limits.

*** Create and manage complex settlement packages.

*** Attend trials and interface with attorneys regarding coverage and limits, provide direction and recommendations during litigation.

Experience:

*** 7+ years managing investigation and resolution of complex General Liability claims.

Work from home position, all travel expenses covered by company including per diem for meals and lodging, IRS standard mileage reimbursement, airfare, and more. Compensation package to $130,000 including salary and annual bonus. Full medical, dental, vision and prescription insurance plans and group term life insurance. Paid time off for vacation, holidays, personal and sick days from start.
