Claims Examiner with at least five years’ experience needed in a top rated commercial transportation and excess liability litigation claims for Middle Market Carrier.

Responsibilities:

*** Investigate, analyze, and evaluate high exposure claims for coverage, liability, and damages.

*** Manage settlements and produce resolutions for high exposure claims that follow company policy and guidelines.

*** Create claims reserves for future payments based off of actuarial information.

*** Travel to engage in settlement mediations and conferences.
