Develop scripts to automate IT infrastructure workflows. Design and customize operating system (OS) software per business requirements. Utilize Ansible Playbook roles & Puppet modules to write shell scripts & playbooks for infrastructure implementation tasks. Automate Hadoop workflow using Linux. Create and implement Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (IDRAC) console automation scripts for new server builds. Manage Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) certificates on Linux servers. Create infrastructure implementation plans for major upgrades. Troubleshoot Active Directory issues on Red Hat servers. Partial work from home benefit available.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related and 3 years of experience in software development. Must have experience with Linux, DevOps, Shell Scripting, Red Hat, GitHub, Ansible Playbooks, Ansible Tower, Puppet, IDRAC, SSL/TLS, and Hadoop.
