A full-time Operations Analyst Manager position is available immediately in the company's office in Brighton, Massachusetts and reporting to the Head of Operations.

Job Duties: Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Operations Analyst Manager will have the following specific job responsibilities:

(1) Lead a team in developing, implementing, and optimizing operation strategies, processes, systems, and procedural standards (25% of time);
(2) Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, software, and customer service, to define and communicate best practices (20% of time);
(3) Optimize and monitor financial models established for various properties by junior analysts, to ensure that all solutions are based on informed analysis and tailored to the specific problems they address (20% of time);
(4) Manage and organize vendors and contractors using the AppFolio platform, to ensure full and efficient resolution of problems identified at portfolio properties (10% of time);
(5) Manage and supervise administrative staff and junior analysts (10% of time); and
(6) Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to the Head of Operations and other teams (15% of time).

Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience and Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Financial Management, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable) plus a minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated professional employment experience in providing operation analysis services in the real estate industry.

Required employment experience must include the following:

(1) A minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated experience in monitoring team operations, summarizing problems, and identifying solutions, to ensure the quality of the overall teamwork;
(2) A minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated experience in providing operational analysis reports to inform the team of the necessary actions to be taken;
(3) A minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated experience in developing financial models for real estate properties to analyze the management, operation, and investment returns of properties;
(4) A minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated experience in refining operational practices to ensure compliance with new laws and regulations;
(5) A minimum of one (1) year of demonstrated experience in responding to, investigating, and resolving customer requests to achieve customer satisfaction while ensuring company goals are met.
