This role is based at our United States branch office in Greenwood, Colorado. Multiple openings available. This position recruits, hires, trains and manages professional fundraisers for multiple non-profit organizational accounts. Up to 15% regional travel required.

Job Duties:
• Recruit, hire, train and manage professional fundraisers for multiple non-profit organizational accounts.
• Train and promote key staff to manage and expand teams.
• Create progression template for staff to reach goals and expand career potential.
• Communicate with clients and staff to maintain charity brand identity.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for each program in new territories.
• Oversee compensation and put in place motivational sales targets.
• Deliver results to grow clients’ ROI and expand Globalfaces US across the United States.
• Coordinate sales training to develop American sales teams.

Requirements:
• 12 months experience as a Fundraising Consultant, Fundraising Manager, or related
• 1 year experience must be in professional fundraising management
• 1 year experience in CRM technology, sales, and recruiting.
• Experience may be gained concurrently.
