Controls Electrical Engineer - Willoughby, Ohio - JOB 440-24-00385

Salary: $70K - $95K Permanent Position with Benefits.

Willoughby, Ohio Company is seeking a Controls Electrical Engineer. Key responsibilities of the Controls Electrical Engineer will be to interpret mechanical design drawings for electrical requirements. Power up electrical systems and configure hardware per customer specification and orders. Work with Sales Engineers to provide input with quote preparation as required.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree
• 2-3 years' related job experience
• Knowledge of proper control enclosure assembly standards (US and Europe)
• Must have the ability to create electrical drawing/schematics (E-plan, AutoCAD, etc.)
• Knowledge of Solidworks
• Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must have the ability to create electrical drawing/schematics (E-plan, AutoCAD, etc.)
• PLC programming knowledge (Rockwell, Siemens, B&R)
• Strong knowledge of control and electrical system design and its application in automated industrial designs.
• Knowledge of machine tool types, their function and typical machining process.
• Willing to travel up to 25%
• Attend trade shows as needed.
• Must be highly organized and goal oriented.
