Continuous Improvement Process Manager Location: US-NV-Sparks Jobcode: 22 Email Job

Manage the continuous improvement processes to increase the efficiency of our production teams. Map out the production design to find where possible bottle necks maybe occurring. Identify solutions for bottlenecks and educate the production, management, and operations teams on how to resolve the issue. Conduct workshops to ensure the production team makes the necessary improvements, focusing on maintenance planning and checking the overall effectiveness of the equipment. Examine the quality and speed of the machines and confirm they are able to meet demand. Implement new company-wide systems on increasing the efficiency of production and maintenance staff to operate as effectively as possible. Supervising 1-2 employees in the CIP Deputy position. 5% domestic and international travel.
The salary range for this position is $97,053 to 117,000/yr.
