Lead the Product Management team to assess market opportunities and define new products and services specific to ecosystem activity integrations and produce security insights; Responsible for developing requirements, working with engineering teams to deliver those capabilities to the market; Partner closely with the marketing and field teams to provide technical enablement and training; Work closely with cloud providers, technology vendors and partners to develop integrations for security workflows, automation and data integrations; Lead, develop, mentor and inspire a small team of product managers while also acting as a direct owner of a specific product portfolio. Detailed job duties include: Creates product vision, strategy and requirements for collection of security relevant data sources like AWS Guard Duty, Security hub, Azure Sentinel , Google command center etc. and leverage those for building richer contexts for Lacework findings; Ingestion, storage, and processing of data collected from cloud sources and user activity logs; Outline a strategy and work with engineering teams to build organic and inorganic detection capabilities as a actionable insights, including real-time dashboards and visualizations to help drive critical decisions; Outline the observability, KPIs, dashboards and reporting around newer detections using standards and frameworks like MITRE; Outline a strategy and work with engineering teams to build investigative workflows that speed up security and forensic investigations to help drive timely actions; Partner with Product and engineering, business teams, build roadmaps & goals and execute against them while balancing speed, accuracy and precision; Build strong cross functional partnerships with the Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product Marketing teams; Demonstrate strong partnership skills to work with cloud vendors for product integrations and joint feature launches. Demonstrate good communication skills and present work to company leadership and at company-wide events. $239,200 - $260,000 per year. Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and at least five years of product management experience with at least one of the following products: cloud security, SIEM, UEBA or endpoint security products such as EDR, XDR, Cloud workload or Container Security. Will accept Master’s degree plus three years of experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience. Must have experience in the following areas: at least three years of experience working as a Director of Product Management managing security or saas products; Experience with IaaS and PaaS technologies and experience with at least one of the following cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or GCP.
