Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and objectives
Develop architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models using industry-standard software
Create innovative and functional design solutions that meet client needs and budget constraints
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design capabilities
Requirements:

Degree in Architecture or related field
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
Strong design sensibility and creativity
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Previous experience in architectural design or related field is preferred
