We are seeking a Director of Marketing & Business Development Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives and business development strategies, with a particular focus on expanding our presence and operations in Mainland China. This role is critical in driving our market penetration and ensuring the success of our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:
* Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies tailored for the Mainland Chinese market to promote Propbid and our services.
* Produce and manage culturally and regionally relevant content, including press releases, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
* Collaborate with teams across the company to ensure marketing needs are met and initiatives are well-supported.
* Identify key opportunities for regional prospecting, developing strategies to attract and engage potential clients effectively.
* Oversee all aspects of marketing communication within the region, aligning them with our overall brand strategy.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with media, influencers, and key players in the real estate industry within Mainland China.
* Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
* Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring resources are utilized efficiently to maximize impact.
* Supervise the production and distribution of marketing materials tailored for the Chinese market.

Business Development:
* Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and understand the competitive landscape within Mainland China.
* Directly engage with potential clients, including real estate investors, developers, and property owners, to promote our auction services.
* Develop and maintain a robust database of prospective clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and relationship management.
* Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective business development strategies tailored to the Chinese market.

Sales & Proposals:
* Collaborate with CEO to develop compelling proposals and pitches that resonate with the Mainland Chinese market.
* Refine sales strategies based on feedback from clients and market conditions.

Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing or business development, with a significant portion of that experience involving business in Mainland China.
* Proven expertise in crafting and executing marketing strategies and business initiatives targeted at the Chinese real estate market.
* Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
* Strong understanding of cultural nuances and business practices within Mainland China.
* Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms popular in China, such as WeChat and Baidu.
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Occasional weekends and public holidays, as required for major auctions or promotional events
