As a Directors Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to the success of our logistics and transportation projects. This unique role involves travelling with the consultant in their car. Your responsibilities will include:

* Work on logistics and transportation projects with practical experience
* Travel with the consultant in their car and attend client meetings
* Research and analyze clients' logistics operations for improvement areas
* Collect and analyze data on inventory, warehouse, and transportation processes
* Brainstorm and present findings and recommendations to clients
* Participate in online meetings with various stakeholders
* Maintain task lists, minutes of meetings, and client-wise progress reports
* Follow up on action points and assist in cold calling and prospecting
* Shadow the consultant and provide support as needed
* Source and coordinate candidates for job profiles
* Dress professionally and manage time effectively
* Prepare project proposals with cost estimates and timelines
* Maintain client relationships and service quality
* Contribute to internal process improvement
* Prepare Excel reports and data visualizations
* Communicate well in writing and verbally
