The senior estimator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with estimating construction projects. This includes reviewing project plans, conducting analysis of subcontractor proposals, preparing estimate forms, and projecting construction costs as well as collaborating with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge and experience in construction estimating
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Proficiency in estimating software and spreadsheet programs
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in commercial, medical/healthcare, or hospitality construction is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Requirements

3-5 years of estimating experience
Detail orientated and strong time management skills
