An apartment complex is seeking a Maintenance Technician to make basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs. This is a first shift position working from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have building maintenance experience, must have the ability to make basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs, must be detail-oriented, must be safety-conscious, and must be dependable. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Any candidate that has painting, plaster, flooring, HVAC, and appliance repair is a plus.
