We are looking for a Customer Service Associate. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has the drive to succeed and is passionate about the Sales industry. This individual should be able to create lasting relationships with clients and have superior listening and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning about customers' needs and being an active part of the sales process. Associates will be responsible for selling products, seek out and engage customer prospects.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

Present, promote and sell products using proven sales techniques to prospective customer.
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
Address customer inquiries in a positive, friendly manner.
Collaborate with other departments to develop workable business solutions to customer satisfaction issues.
A high school diploma or GED equivalently.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required.
