Location: Victorville, CA

Job Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive physical examinations and gather patient medical histories.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and other appropriate treatments.
Educate patients about self-management techniques for their conditions.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Qualifications:

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited school or university.
Must have previous experience in Family Practice.
Licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in California.
