INVESTMENTS IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES ANALYST

We offer advisory services and customized and pooled investment solutions for institutional investors across various asset classes, including private equity, debt, infrastructure, real estate, and hedge funds.
As a member of the Fund Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of private markets funds throughout their life cycle;
Be an integral part of an exciting project, where we support our Wealth business;
Work directly and in a daily basis with the Europe-based consultants.

We will count on you to:

Liaise with external stakeholders such as fund administrators, investment managers, and auditors;
Review financial statements and fund reports;
Execute investor capital calls and distributions;
Contribute to the cash management of the funds;
Manage investor communications via client team;
Assist the onboarding team with new investor closings;
Support the audit of the funds;
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment teams, portfolio management, legal & compliance, and technology;
Develop and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency;
Act as a peer reviewer and mentor for junior colleagues;
Assist in the training of junior team members and other teams as needed.


What you need to have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar field;
Previous experience working with Python or equivalent;
Experience in Big4, or asset management within a leading administrator and/or fund manager (3-5 years' experience) with a basic understanding of core fund operations, including fund accounting, middle office & TA is preferred;
Knowledge of private markets asset classes, including Private Equity, Private Debt, Infrastructure, and Real Estate is preferred;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Positive and proactive attitude;
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-performing team, supporting colleagues while managing your own tasks and projects;
Fluent English level.
