Urgently hiring for F&B Associate / Manager

Experience - 3 + years

Location - Mumbai

Must have 1-2 years of international experience of working as a food and beverage

service associate in a luxury 5-star hotel / luxury mansion / luxury residence for an

acclaimed personality.

Must be amicable, thoroughly professional, service oriented, should have strong work

ethics and a courteous team player.

Must display appropriate F&B product knowledge along with vocational training in own

and related work areas to enhance skills and develop multi-functionality. Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department. This involves ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining quality

standards, and addressing any operational issues that may arise.

Ensuring exceptional customer service by maintaining a welcoming and friendly

environment, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and promptly resolving any issues

or complaints.

Assisting in managing inventory levels and implementing cost/breakage control measures,

involving monitoring par levels, conducting regular inventories, and implementing strategies

to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Collaborating with the culinary team to plan, develop, and update menus based on guest

preferences, market trends, and cost considerations. This may involve conducting market

research, analyzing feedback, and coordinating menu changes.

Supervising and training the food and beverage staff, including monitoring their performance,

providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and

hygiene standards.

Assisting in the planning and execution of events. This includes coordinating with service

partners, ensuring proper setup, overseeing service delivery and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Managing relationships with food and beverage suppliers, monitoring the quality and

timeliness of deliveries. This includes conducting regular evaluations of vendors and

exploring new sourcing options.
