Candidate must having experience in US Staffing as Onboarding Manager.

• Should worked on IT and HC Profiles. Majorly he worked on IT.
• Should actively participated in the hands-on onboarding of candidates.
• Should worked with various staffing models, including MSP/VMS, W2, 1099, and C2C.
• Should possesses great hands-on experience with the entire onboarding process.
• Should has facilitated onboarding for implementation partners and direct clients such as TCS, Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Mphasis, Genpact, Pfizer, Sprint GE, PG&E, and Qualcomm.
• As a single point of contact, he handles escalations from vendors, clients, and candidates, including rate and contract negotiations.
• Should having a deep knowledge of all components involved in background checks, such as employment, education, criminal checks, drug tests, and medical screenings.
• should having experienc in working with VMS portals, including Fieldglass, IQ Navigator, GBAMS, RippleHire, and others.
