Role: Technical Solutions ArchitectJob type: FTELocation: Iselin, NJTravel: as needed Salary: Open as per market standard.Work authorization: Any work authorization, prefer non-Visa dependent., but for an excellent candidate, visa sponsorship is available.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for analyzing current technologies used and determine ways to improve and propose any new solutions as and when needed.Liaison between project stake holders/ business team and the development team and make sure all the issues are addressed on timely manner.Responsible for timely deliver and successful hand over of the project.Responsible for mitigating possible project challenges related to resources utilization, scope changes and related risk constraints.Supervise the project development team and work closely with key client stake holders to successfully monitor progress of initiativesProvide detailed specifications for proposed solutionsKey experience (Must Have):Demonstratable experience in solving business problems by Designing and Delivering a technology solution using Microsoft technologies (MS Dynamic 365, power apps)At least 10 years of experience in software engineering and design architecture.At least 10 years of experience in systems integration experience.Relevant experience in business analyticsRelevant experience in business intelligence, preferably using MS Power BI.Prior experience of coding and application development.Have good experience / knowledge on systems infrastructure and networksGood understanding of best practices related to system security measures.Demonstratable experience in supervising development team and liaising between project stakeholders and development team.Education:Must have at least a bachelor's degree in computer science. Prefers Master degree in computer science.Technical competencies required:Microsoft enterprise software stack (Microsoft Dynamics 365, O365, SharePoint etc.)MS exchange and Azure platforms
