Skills Needed: Must have 10+ years of IT experience in the US. Minimum 4+ Years. Recent Banking or Brokerage experience a big Plus. Must be BMC Certified Developer: AR System, BMC Certified Administrator: AR System, BMC Certified Administrator: BMC Atrium CMDB. Must have 8+ years of experience with BMC Reedy as an Admin / Developers. At least 7+ years of experience developing BMC Remedy applications. At least 5+ years of administration experience of BMC Remedy system. Must have recent experience with BMC Remedy Incident, Service Request Management, BMC Remedy Change, BMC Remedy Problem, BMC Atrium CMDB/Asset Management and/or ADDM Discovery, and BMC Action Request System Recent experience with BMC Remedy/ ITSM Application Administrator:, BMC Helix ITSM - AR System 19.x, BMC Remedy Asset Management 19.x, BMC Remedy Change Management 19.x, BMC Remedy IT Service Management 19.x: Administering, BMC Remedy Knowledge Management 19.x, BMC Atrium CMDB 19.x Administering, BMC Service Request Management 19.x, and Remedy AR System 9.1: Concepts (WBT Must have recent experience performing at least four Remedy upgrade projects, including two moving from 7.x 8.x. Experience and a good working knowledge of Unix/Linux or Windows is a plus Experience with Java and XML. The Job: Certified Senior Consultants for their Remedy Admin / Developers team. The consultants must have experience with Remedy/ITSM 9.1 Senior Remedy Application Systems Administrator for an enterprise service provider to perform the following duties: Installation of Remedy software/upgrades/patches and configure out-of-the-box Remedy functionality to meet IT/Business needs. Gather/document/analyze enhancement requests. Evaluate/assess fit between requirements and Remedy application suite capabilities in support of department's philosophy of using standard out-of-the-box functionality, minimizing customizations where possible. Identify/troubleshoot/resolve BMC Remedy applications issues including root cause analysis. Integrate Remedy with Enterprise monitoring tools and proactively monitor Remedy applications. Perform risk identification, assessment, remediation and performance tuning. Conduct user training for IT/Business as required. Create all necessary documentation/SOPs, training material and user guides. Customization, configuration, upgrade and further integration of the Enterprise Monitoring and Management system, specifically using IBM/Tivoli core products - Omnibus, Impact. Experience providing BMC support in a customer focused organization with proven ability to communicate effectively with both team members and customers.
