Title : COBOL Developer Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid) Description The primary duty of this position is to act as a liaison among technical and business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to information systems, business processes, and policies, as applicable. Additionally, functions as a senior programmer analyst with responsibility for the operational support of Treasurys Mainframe applications written in COBOL and XGEN. Incumbent will oversee all system documentation that meets DTMB standards and is maintained in accordance with all policies. Skills Required: A bachelors degree in a technical area such as mathematics, computer science, engineering, or information systems. At least five years experience with programming in COBOL or XGEN. At least five years experience with requirements gathering. At least three years experience with writing test cases. Excellent verbal and written communication
