We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Electronics Engineer to join our client's innovative team. As a Senior Electronics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of complex electrical hardware systems. If you possess a strong background in CAD design, leadership skills, and a passion for pushing the boundaries of technology, we want to hear from you!




Responsibilities:



  • Lead and participate in the design and development of complex electrical hardware systems, including schematic capture, component selection, and PCB layout.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine system architecture, ensuring alignment with product requirements and objectives.

  • Develop and oversee the creation of prototypes to validate and iterate upon design concepts.

  • Establish comprehensive testing procedures and protocols to verify the functionality, performance, and safety of hardware systems.

  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

  • Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and test plans.

  • Ensure that hardware designs meet all relevant industry standards and regulations.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, firmware engineers, and project managers, to drive successful project outcomes.

  • Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.




Qualifications:



  • Proven management and leadership experience.

  • Strong background in CAD design of circuits, modules, and processors.

  • Design experience involving A/D, D/A, and microcontrollers.

  • Experience in writing, scheduling, and cost estimating proposals.

  • Aircraft interface experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent work experience.


Experience Desired:



  • Experience with military environment, commercial aircraft, military aircraft, ground vehicles, or support equipment.

  • FPGA experience.
