Chef: Direct and manage the kitchen operation. Manage food inventory and kitchen budget, handle employee scheduling, supervise and train cook helpers and kitchen staff in food preparation, prepare and cook a variety of Thai foods as needed. 2 years of experience in any combination of kitchen manager and cook positions where kitchen management and cooking experience is gained. Ability to communicate with others is required. Must be willing to work on multiple shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights. FT.
