Senior Software Engineer for Oscar Management Corporation (New York, NY). Contribute key inputs to the strategy Oscar will follow to achieve a robust and leading identity management program. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and five years of progressively responsible work experience in a security engineering or technical consultant position working within the insurance sector. Work experience must include: Developing identity governance and administration solutions at an enterprise level; Automating identity provisioning processes for a smooth user experience; Conducting threat modeling and impact analysis for Identity Access Management (IAM) systems; Working across technical teams to translate business requirements into working, iterative IT security solutions; Developing workflows in IdentityIQ for onboarding enterprise users; and Developing and maintaining cloud-native identity solutions for a secure workplace.
