JOB DESCRIPTION: Instruct core academic subjects (math, science, social studies, language arts) in Spanish to elementary school students. Establishes and implements daily written lesson plans. Evaluates student learning and revises instruction accordingly. Structures teaching to encourage independent thinking by students and provides appropriate feedback. Participates in meaningful and continuous process of professional development. Works in a collegial and collaborative manner with peers, staff, parents and community resources to support the success of a diverse student population. Is familiar with and abides by School Board policies, regulations, and school procedures. Multiple positions. No J-1 or H-1B opportunities. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Education, Spanish or related. Must hold valid Virginia teaching license in Spanish PreK-12. Native or like native fluency in Spanish.
